When will I receive my treatment?

At Austin IV Drip, your health and convenience are our priorities. We encourage completing your good faith exam ahead of time for a smoother experience. However, we understand that feeling unwell can be unpredictable. Rest assured, we're here to support you either way.

How soon do I need to fill out my intake form after scheduling IV treatment?

Ideally we would love for you to fill it out as soon as possible! But at least an hour before your telehealth visit.

Will The Medical Provider Come To My Home?

No. Austin IV Drip provides in-home IV treatment to those living in the Austin, TX area. You will have telehealth visit with the medical provider, and one of our nurses will be present at your home and ready to deliver your treatment.

Can I work/do other things while receiving my IV?

Yes, you can go about most regular activities while sitting to receive your IV.

Do you do more than one treatment at a time?

Yes! We can cater to large groups in and around the Austin, TX area with no additional surcharge. Please reach out via email info@austinivdrip.com give us a minimum of 48 hours notice to accommodate your group.
